Robert Heinecken RIP OFF SHOW print

VSW's 1974 RIP OFF SHOW was a one way traveling exhibition; no return postage, no crates, no frames or glass. The exhibition consisted of pads of each of the prints to hang on the wall and distribute in any way the exhibitor chose. The show existed in an edition of twenty copies. Fee was by individual arrangement. Brent Sikkema was exhibition coordinator, Joan Lyons supervised production, Jerry Wallace did most of the color printing on the Workshop's AB Dick 360. Other participants supplied Kodalith negatives and printing instructions. "We feel that these pieces are a step toward realizing the potentials of offset lithography as an original printmaking media, rather than a means of reproducing work. Our thanks to the participants" 11 x 17
